Letter from His Holiness Haj Dr. Nour Ali Tabandeh, Majzoub Ali Shah
to Haj Sayyid Engineer Alireza Jazbi “Sabit Ali” for Transmission to the Fuqara of Yazd

Engineer Haj Alireza Jazbi, please send the following letter to the fuqara of Yazd to be read during the Monday night gathering at the earliest opportunity.

  1. In faqr gatherings, aside from focusing on God and listening to the readings from sacred texts, no worldly conversations should take place.
  2. After the conclusion of the faqr gathering, all fuqara must leave, and no additional meeting should be held at the location.
  3. As previously stated, wherever a faqr gathering is held, the duration of the gathering and the head of the session is the elder of the time, and the host has no role other than serving the fuqara.
  4. Any gathering of the fuqara, due to the continuous spiritual presence of faqr, is perceived by others as a faqr-related event; therefore, such gatherings should not be held for purely worldly matters.
  5. Giving speeches and responding to faqr-related questions is only permitted for those who have been authorized by the elder of the time. Others do not have the right to speak on these matters.
